  Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of Frostfire damage. Applies 3 stacks of Freezing.

  Resets the cooldown of your Ice Barrier, Frost Nova, Ice Cold, and Ice Block.

  Glacial Bulwark

  Ice Cold gains an additional charge and its cooldown is reduced by 30 sec.
