  A word of madness haunts the target's mind, dealing (261.6% of Spell Power) Shadow damage instantly plus an additional (784.9% of Spell Power) Shadow damage over 6 sec. Heals you of damage dealt. When reapplied to a target, all remaining damage is added to the new effect.
