Rattle the Stars

In the Balance Druid talent tree, Rattle the Stars sits in the Balance specialization talents, row 10 of 15. It is a single-point node. Its row opens once 20 points are spent in Balance Talents.

  Moonfire damage has a chance to call down a Fury of Elune to follow your target for 3 sec. Calls down a beam of pure celestial energy, dealing Astral damage over 3 sec within its area. Generates over its duration.

  Deals (258.4% of Spell Power) Astral damage to the target and empowers New Moon to become Half Moon. Generates 10 Astral Power.
