In the Marksmanship Hunter talent tree, Tactical Reload sits in the Marksmanship specialization talents, row 6 of 11. It is a single-point node. Its row opens once 8 points are spent in Marksmanship Talents.

Tactical Reload shares its node with Unstable Trigger. A character takes one of the two.

  Unstable Trigger

  Explosive Shot can now be used a second time if cast within 3.1 sec. Explosive Shot will incorporate any remaining damage from previous Explosive Shots on your target.

  Fires an explosive shot at your target that lasts for 3 sec. Every 1 sec the target burns for (337.7% of Attack Power) Fire damage and explode, dealing 50% of the damage to all enemies. Any remaining damage from your previous Explosive Shot will be added into a new Explosive Shot. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
