    What This Set Covers

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 9 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

    Where to Farm This Set

4 bosses in The Unbinding of Kith'ix and The Venomous Abyss drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.

    The Unbinding of Kith'ix

Hidden beneath the Vaults of Atal'Utek, Kith'ix was bound in his subterranean lair. With the defeat of Ula'tek, the restraints keeping Kith'ix at bay have weakened, unleashing the monstrosity the Amani locked away so long ago.

    • Kith'ix drops 1 piece of this set (Chest). Adventure Guide map pin: 48.5, 26.6 on the The Unbinding of Kith'ix map. Defeated long ago, Kith'ix was restrained deep in the Vaults of Ula'tek by Ula'tek herself. With her defeat, the C'Thraxxi has returned, intent on wiping out not just the Amani, but any who would oppose him.

    The Venomous Abyss

Guided by the dark whispers of Malacrass, Zul'jan has freed the forgotten broods of Ula'tek from their prison. As the monster's power grows, Zul'jarra calls upon the Champions of Azeroth to descend into the Vaults of Atal'Utek to stop her brother before the weapon is unleashed upon Azeroth.

    • Entombed Sentinels drops 1 piece of this set (Head). Adventure Guide map pin: 52.0, 27.5 on the The Venomous Abyss map. The Blood and Breath of Ula'tek bar the way to Vashnik's inner sanctum. Ancient golems that long stood guard within the vaults, now corrupted by the venom of the nightmarish monster they imprisoned.
    • The Lost Explorers drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Adventure Guide map pin: 49.3, 31.9 on the The Venomous Abyss map. A band of tortollans, possessed by spirits, have come to their senses near the sarcophagus of an ancient Soulcoiler. Trapped in the vault, they seek ancient artifacts to protect themselves from further possession by vengeful spirits.
    • The Coiled Altar drops 1 piece of this set (Back). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.1, 77.2 on the The Venomous Abyss map. The spirit of Malacrass will not release his grip on Zul'jan so easily. At the Coiled Altar, the shaman commands the warrior to enact the final ritual to unleash Ula'tek on the Amani--for revenge, and to gain their promised reward.

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Chosen Bloodslayer's Hexweave’s head, shoulder, chest, waist, feet and hands, most shared models first:

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
