8 pieces of Darkmantle Armor are sold by vendors. The game's own collection data lists 1 place where they are sold.

• Darkmoon Island

vendor in Darkmoon Island

The pin is the vendor position the game data records in Darkmoon Island.

8 pieces of this appearance set also belong to the item set Darkmantle Armor, which carries these bonuses in the game files:

• 2 pieces: Reduces magical damage taken by 5%.
• 4 pieces: Chance on melee attack to restore 35 energy.
• 6 pieces: Increases Agility by 20.
• 8 pieces: +10 Armor.

8 companion sets shipped in the Darkmoon Faire group alongside it:

• Normal Vestments of the Virtuous - 25 pieces - Priest
• Normal Deathmist Raiment - 23 pieces - Warlock
• Normal Sorcerer's Regalia - 26 pieces - Mage
• Normal Beastmaster Armor - 29 pieces - Hunter
• Normal Feralheart Raiment - 33 pieces - Druid

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Darkmantle Armor’s head and shoulder, most shared models first:

• Shadowcraft Armor (Classic, 41 pieces): the same head and shoulder models, recoloured.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.

10 pieces of Darkmantle Armor can be listed on the Auction House (they do not bind on pickup); 10 have a listing on US connected realms in our latest scan.

Lowest listed price on any US connected realm in our recorded Auction House scan, per piece; transmog gear is priced per realm, so the realm named is where that price was seen.
