Of its 3 pieces, 2 are sold by vendors and 1 is a quest reward. Every piece is Cosmetic armor. The set was added in patch 11.0.0.

Slot	Piece	Source	How to get it
Shoulder	Expeditionary Spaulders	Vendor
Back	Expeditionary Cape	Vendor
Tabard	Expeditionary Tabard	Quest	Reward from Flame-touched Tabard in Hallowfall.

Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

This is an accent set - it fills 2 armor slots. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.
