    What This Set Covers

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 9 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

    Set Bonus

8 pieces of this appearance set also belong to the item set Drape of Raging Tempests, which carries these bonuses in the game files:

    • 2 pieces: Increase your highest secondary stat.
    • 4 pieces: When you kill an enemy that yields experience or honor, gain a Spark of the Primals. Once you reach 5 stacks, your next single target offensive ability will launch a devastating elemental attack.
    • 6 pieces: Fatal damage causes primal energy to overload, granting immunity to all damage and harmful effects for 8 sec. Can only be used outdoors in the Dragon Isles.

    Look-Alike Sets

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Raging Tempest’s head, shoulder, waist, legs and chest, most shared models first:

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.

    Other Versions of This Set

The game data carries 8 separate set records under the name Raging Tempest - one per class or armor weight, plus the per-slot recolours the appearance was built from. This page is the one we index for the name; the others are listed here so nothing is lost.
