Both pieces come from the Trading Post. Every piece is a One-Handed Mace. The set was added in patch 10.2.7.

Slot	Piece	Source
One-Hand	Deep Stormhammer	Trading Post
One-Hand	Frenzied Stormhammer	Trading Post

Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

What This Set Covers

This is a weapon and accessory set rather than an armor outfit. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

Pieces: 2
Slots covered: One-Hand x2
Binding: Bind on Pickup (2)
Expansion: Dragonflight

Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

The Ensemble

Arsenal: Stormrider's Dark Stormhammers is a single item whose use effect learns all of Stormrider's Dark Stormhammers at once. It is Bind on Pickup. The Trading Post lists it for 400 Trader’s Tender under Transmog Sets.

Hammer your way to the heart of the darkest storms.

Look-Alike Sets

2 other sets reuse the 3D models of Stormrider's Dark Stormhammers’s one-hand, most shared models first:

Stormrider's Bronze Stormhammers (Dragonflight, 2 pieces): the same one-hand models, recoloured.
Stormrider's Stormhammers (Dragonflight, 2 pieces): the same one-hand models, recoloured.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
