Where to Farm This Set

7 bosses in Ny'alotha, the Waking City drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.

Ny'alotha, the Waking City

Ny'alotha, the Sleeping City, has awakened. Under N'Zoth's command, the armies of the Black Empire threaten to engulf the world and reshape it according to their master's vision. Only one hope remains: using the repaired titan forges to eradicate the Corruptor once and for all. But in order to target N'Zoth with the forges' power, the champions of Azeroth must venture deep into the horrific realm for one final confrontation against the Old God.

The entrance is in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Maut drops 1 piece of this set (Legs). Adventure Guide map pin: 19.2, 60.8 on the Ny'alotha map. As the ancient aqir arose from the desert sands, their prophets set about the construction of an obsidian destroyer imbued with the essence of the Old Gods. Driven by an insatiable thirst for magic, Maut consumed the mana of its creators once it awoke and left their corpses to rot under the scorching sun of Uldum.
The Prophet Skitra drops 1 piece of this set (Feet). Adventure Guide map pin: 83.6, 61.2 on the Ny'alotha map. A master of illusion, Skitra delights in terrorizing his victims as he breaks their perception of reality. Those who fail to see through his deceptions become lost in Ny'alotha for eternity.
The Hivemind drops 1 piece of this set (Wrist). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.4, 53.9 on the Ny'alotha map. Locked in a contest of wills, the generals Ka'zir and Tek'ris constantly vie for dominance over their fellow aqir. As they wrest control away from one another, the hive shifts its tactics and obeys each of their commands with fervent loyalty.
Drest'agath drops 1 piece of this set (Legs). Adventure Guide map pin: 32.7, 57.3 on the Ny'alotha map. The grotesque amalgam of flesh known as Drest'agath slumbered beneath Ny'alotha for millennia until being awakened by N'Zoth's return. Now she rises like a revolting boil, ready to burst and spread her vile pestilence across Azeroth.
Il'gynoth, Corruption Reborn drops 2 pieces of this set (Chest, Wrist). Adventure Guide map pin: 48.8, 31.8 on the Ny'alotha map. Following its defeat in the Emerald Nightmare, Il'gynoth retreated into the depths of Ny'alotha to regain its strength. Now it has fused with the city's architecture and spreads across the Black Empire like a creeping infestation. As Il'gynoth's corrupting flesh grows ever larger, so does its power.
Vexiona drops 1 piece of this set (Feet). Adventure Guide map pin: 33.0, 50.9 on the Ny'alotha map. Obsessively wielding the power that N'Zoth has granted her, Vexiona has amassed a cult of worshippers who covet the gifts of the Void. From high atop her temple within the Black Empire, she transforms her most devout followers into unstoppable horrors.
N'Zoth the Corruptor drops 1 piece of this set (Chest). Adventure Guide map pin: 48.2, 26.1 on the Ny'alotha map. From his titan-forged prison deep beneath the waves, N'Zoth spent eons subtly spreading his influence across Azeroth. Now free from captivity, the Corruptor reveals his true form as he enacts his ultimate plan to make his vision of the Black Empire our new reality. If he is not stopped, all we have ever known will be remade in the image of his eternal madness.

Look-Alike Sets

2 other sets reuse the 3D models of Vision Tormentor's Battlekit’s head, shoulder, chest, waist, feet and hands, most shared models first:

Lurking Defiler's Scalemail (Battle for Azeroth, 44 pieces): the same head, shoulder, chest, waist, feet and hands models, recoloured.
Corrupted Gladiator's Chain (Battle for Azeroth, 60 pieces): the same head, shoulder, chest, waist, feet and hands models, recoloured.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
