How it works

Each cast of Hemorrhage costs 35 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Hemorrhage is built from 5 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 121, which the datamine does not name. It scales with 1 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is Energize (effect type 30). Its base value is 1.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 271. Its base value is 15.
