How it works

Each cast of Mind Flay costs 45 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

Mind Flay is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 21 per tick. It scales with 0.167 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec (63 base in total).
