How it works

Each cast of Mind Flay costs 60 Mana. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Mind Flay is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 240 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec (720 base in total). It jumps to up to 3 targets.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. It jumps to up to 3 targets.

What it does

Mind Flay is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec jumping to up to 3 targets and applies an aura jumping to up to 3 targets. The client files the whole spell under the ensnared mechanic.
