How it works

Mind Flay is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 600 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. It ticks every 2 sec, 4 times over the full 8 sec (2400 base in total). It jumps to up to 5 targets.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. It applies the ensnared mechanic. It jumps to up to 5 targets.

What it does

Mind Flay is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2 sec jumping to up to 5 targets and applies an aura with the ensnared mechanic jumping to up to 5 targets.
