How it works

Mind Flay is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 7.1371 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec (35.69 base in total).
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. It applies the snared mechanic. It jumps to up to 5 targets.

What it does

Mind Flay is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 50 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and applies an aura with the snared mechanic jumping to up to 5 targets.
