TheWoWDBWell, this is odd. Looking for who drops [item=139564] one of the mobs is the [npc=106139]. which is in many places. But wowhead specifically states that the drop rate for this NPC in Niskara Zone is 0.11%. This item is for a hidden skin for a Paladin Legion Artifact Weapon, [item=128823]. I'm wondering two things. Why is it dropping for Demon Hunters in their starting zone? And, how is it a Demon Hunter was able to get it as a drop in order for the drop rate to be 0.11% (24 out of 21,917)? I believe that means 24 Demon Hunters got this as a drop in their starting zone. Things that make ya go ?.
