This achievement isn't exactly easy to get, but if you're eager for achievements, I'd suggest getting these 10 exalted factions through 'Ambassador of the Alliance / Horde' andf 'The Diplomat', for 2 extra titles.

You have to be Exalted with 10 factions at the same time. If you were exalted with Aldor and now shooting for Scryer, you'd loose the tally from Aldor.
A handy addon I like for working on exalted reputations is Faction Addict. Allows various faction sorting and filtering options and shows wowhead faction urls.
