If you're not very good at PVP you can still get 1343 points per week, meaning get this achievement unlocked in around 4 wins. Whether that takes you 4 games or 400 games, is up to you :)
Whenever I look at this achievement, it counts all the points I have and multiplies it by 100, but the bar is still in the back. So apparently I have 25,000ish Conquest Points, and it will take until this achievement says "100,000" for me to really get it.
