Surprised noone has mentioned this yet, but the progression for this achievement currently states your current total out of 500.000, yet also makes track of your current points to the nearest one-hundred thousandth as well.
Appears to be bugged for all of them, actually.
You now get 100 conquest points for your first random or call to arms battleground win every day and 50 conquest points for each subsequent win, so even if you don't do arenas you can still reach your 1650 points cap each week.
