You now get 150 conquest points for your first random or call to arms battleground win every day and 75 conquest points for each subsequent win, so even if you don't do arenas/battlegrounds you can still cap them.
As of 7.0.1, Conquest Points are no longer a currency and thus this achievement is no longer attainable.
