This achievement should reward the title "Boy/Girlscout [Name]", for the sheer number of badges you need.
For anyone who never played wow until Wrath came out, this is why the emblems are often referred to as "badges". It was the original token rewarded from heroics/raids, and all subsequent versions will always and forever be lovingly referred to as 'badges', at least by me.
