Right now it looks like this questline is gated behined Nazmir and Zuldazar parts of the storyline
You don't need to complete all 3 zone storylines to be able to take A Bargain of Blood part.
But Zandalar Forever! is the next quest after this questchain and you can take it only after you complete
It's pretty safe to say that you can take this quest chain in Dazar'alor after you complete all 3 storylines, but prerequisites are much lower and you definitely don't need Vol'dunIDQuestSidequest ChainQuestgiverSubzoneVideoComplete all 3 zones main questchainsOpens Spirits Be With You quests

The Throne of Zuldazar.Turns out it was just marked on my Zuldazar map near the Nesingwary flight point.
Hello fellow person who entered the expansion towards the end and there's no room for a quest log at all after 5 major content patches.
This will not pop up automatically and it will not show up on the map automatically.
Talk to Baine Bloodhoof in Dazar'alor and recieve The Blood Gate.
