Abyss Anglers: Depth Grease

May 2nd, still no item, at least on EU. Small dundun company. While we wait for fix, may I interest you in $75 house?

Is anyone else not having this achievement ding after meeting both requirements? The "Reinforced Joints upgrade acquired" criteria is still greyed out despite buying the upgrade from the vendor. Logging in and out didn't fix the issue.

As of 4/22/26: Reinforced Joints was available at the vendor again for purchase, so it looks like it's been hotfixed.

Go for the weak, common fish near the beginning of the dive. Just shoot at everything. Don't bother with fish with armor.

Fish have to be harpooned in order to count for this achievement. Other methods of catching fish (netting small creatures, bubble fishing, or swimming through schools) will not count towards this achievement.
