You do not have to level the three soulbind companions to 60 for this achieve. I received credit for 3 60s as Kyrian, only 2 were soulbinds: Pelagos and Kleia. My Mikanikos is 55. Nemea hit 60 and gave credit.

This is incorrect or at the very least fixed; I just received the achievement by leveling a companion from 59 to 60 via XP items.
