Most likely a reference to the 1996 Jon Favreau / Vince Vaughn movie: Swingers
In the scene, an inebriated Trent (Vince Vaughn) causes a commotion in a diner standing up on the table telling Mikey (Jon Favreau):
"Our little boy's all grown up tonight! You know what, big boy? You're grown up! You're grown up! Yeahhhhhh! Dig that! Is this enough of a (bleeping) production for you? Cuz you're growns up and you're growns up and you're growns up!"Guessing that many people working at Blizzard are in their mid-30's, this movie is probably very well known to them. And as a fan of it myself, I can tell you plenty of people enjoy summarizing that scene by re-quoting it to their friends as: You're "all growns up!"
