I've raised a pet from lvl 1 to lvl 10 (more than one pets), but I still don't get the achievement. Is there any catch to it? or another requirement?

I have the same problem. I have a whole bunch of pets level 10 and above and I'm not getting credit for this. I put through a ticket and they told me they can't help me. They told me to come to Wowhead and research it. WTF
