I made the horrible mistake of mentioning that the achievement was being added during Elegon trash a couple of weeks ago, and our main tank insisted on giving it a shot.
The trick seems to be to get knocked back while standing on the console that summons Elegon.

Fly through the discs above the Engine of Nalak'sha in Mogu'shan Vaults on Normal or Heroic difficulty.

Very easy to achieve: Mogu'shan Wardens will use Touch of Nalak'sha to place a conal spark area that does some damage, but more relevantly knocks you back. Have the tank face the warden's towards the rings above Elegon's area, wait for the sparks, stand in them, profit
Tip: Try standing on the edge of the Engine of Nalak'sha's console (the one where Lorewalker Cho stands to start the encounter) for better aim
