WARNING
If you're a warrior, DO NOT do this with the Arms Warrior Legion Artefact "Strom'kar, the Warbreaker" equipped.
UNEQUIP IT FIRST or CHANGE SPEC.
Due to its Lore, the Artefact gives a buff that fears nearby trolls, and for some insane reason it works on the Council.
Yes - It CC's a boss.
They WILL run out of the circle, causing you to fail this achievement.
