The achievement seems unobtainable now. I ran the scenario twice and couldn't get the achievement. I got the one for not killing adds though.

Same here, looks like the achievement is bugged, at least when soloing - even took my time with the endboss, as they sometimes bug out (pun intended) when you one-shot them, but no completion achievement.
when you see the adds come one person in your party use the bomb on them.... just stay on the boss at the same time
