Going back and doing reg scenarios with 524+ ilvl each, we DPSed this boss down before he did the wall, granting us the achievement with no work. Burn him fast enough and you don't need to worry, he won't pop it at a certain percent.

the wall first appears all around him self. Move away from him. Move away from boss and do ranged shots. There will be two adds on both ends of boss. Stay near the one of the two adds Then fire wall will form a line accross the room. The wall moves counter clock wise, just kill adds to get rid of wall. (Don't touch wall)

Just to clearify there are three adds wich you need to kill to get rid of the three walls.If the dps is lower then 60kish the boss will spawn the three adds(and the three walls)again,so make sure to kill them again if that happens.
