Bless the Rains Down in Freehold

To get this achievement you need to wait for the Swab This! quest in Tiragarde sound, in Freehold area.
Alliance players can get it from Rodrigo's Revenge

For this quest you need to go to the Freehold
/way 77.04 83.13 Freehold windrider

And mount the [npc=143068] parrot.
You can get Bless the Rains Down in Freehold if you hit several items.

This world quest was bugged on beta, (can't interact with the parrot) but i hope it's fixed.

You can get this achievement from the quest "Rodrigo's Revenge" to ride the parrot while leveling as well.

Sweete's Feast is on the balcony walkway by the Ring of Booty Arena.

The Cart of Cutlasses is west along the road that runs into the Ring of Booty.

The Banana Hoard is on the balcony of the tavern you question Nub Nub in to the south of the Cart.

The Blacktooth Brew is a stew pot in the lower section along the cliff edge by a lean to structure.

If you are a fresh character and have never done Tiragarde Sound, you will need to follow the Trouble in Tiragarde Sound storyline which starts with

Labor Dispute, Suspicious Shipments, Small Haulers and Message from Management

Follow this chain until the Freehold section until you can complete Rodrigo's Roost which will unlock the side quest Flew the Coop. The follow-up quest Rodgrigo's Revenge will allow you to complete this achievement without the need for the world quest.
