Breaking the Chains

If you're interested in this achievement.. if you vaguely think you'll ever be interested in this achievement.. if you think the mount Hand of Salaranga looks mildly interesting.. just start working on On the Offensive NOW please.

Everything else can be done gradually in a planned manner or in many cases can be done in a day.. but this one achievement is the biggest roadblock. Requires 2 activities every covenant assault. Some are simple but some need specific quests which still haven't popped up in 2 months, so chances are you may have to wait months for a specific quest. Just every 3 days, look at what assault is up, look at the 2 achievements needed and see if the required quest is up.

This achievement is currently bugged, you won't get the mount by completing

as of 9/17/2021, 11:55pm EST, I have:
checked my bags,
checked my mail,
searched "bracelet" and "hand of" on mount journal, the hand still grey as if i never completed the achievement although i have.
Also logged out, completely, and just in case, logged out of bnet, logged in, nothing.
Logged back out, cleared cache folder, wft folder, logged back in, nothing.

can confirm with the rest of the folks here that it is bugged.
