This achievement is earned once you have the best time for the given challenge mode dungeon (in this case 'Mogu'shan Palace') out of all recorded times on your realm. Inherently, everyone in your group will get this achievements, as it is done in a group of 5 people.
This title (Mogu-Slayer <Name>) will only be held by you as long as you have the fastest time on your realm.

I really wish these titles where accountwide, I've been running a challenge mode boosting service on frostmane EU for a few months now and seeing as my main is a rogue, I've been doing these runs on my alt (Blood DK), so when 5.4 came out, me and my group decided to go for realm bests.
We managed to get 8/9 quite easily, however, the realm best mogushan time was held by 2 MW monks a resto druid a prot pala and an arcane mage at 07.21, which was obviously because of the monk bug that was around for 1 day (11 march 2013) where they did millions of DPS ez.
So we went in to mogushan, and spent hours of whiping trying to improve our old record (8.39) by almost 1½ minute, and we finally did, it felt amazing, we had nerdscreams like never before on skype.. however, I only ever play my DK to do challenge modes on, I never play it to do anything else, so the only people who get to see me flash my title are the people I play with + people we boost, and this is a great disappointment for me.
