I just got this achievement and don't have any clue for what reason. I am neither owning the World of Warcraft Collector's Edition nor the [npc=11325] nor a BlizzCon 2016 Virtual Ticket.
July 26th Hotifx: Players who obtain the Pandaren Monk pet are no longer erroneously awarded the Achievement: Collector's Edition: Panda.
However, this achievement is still rewarded.

So much for the hotfix.. I was awarded the achievment today when I logged in...
This is one of the 3 pets you gain as a reward for owning the Original World of Warcraft Collectors Edition. You also get a Mini Diablo and a Mini Zergling.
