This is the equivalent to Champion of the Frozen Wastes, which means everyone will have it.

This title requires completing all the first-tier Cataclysm 5-man heroics (excluding Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub, which can be considered the second-tier ones), as well as all 3 raids (Bastion of Twilight, Blackwing Descent and Throne of the Four Winds) in normal mode.

Progression-wise, Bastion of Twilight is generally considered the simplest raid on normal difficulty. This is followed by Throne of the Four Winds and finally Blackwing Descent. On normal, Nefarian is generally regarded to be the most difficult encounter of the tier, although some may argue that Al'akir is also very challenging.

With patch 4.2, all 3 of these raids will recieve a 20% nerf on normal mode. This means the raid bosses will have 20% less hp and do 20% less damage. In addition, some mechanics have been simplified. This will allow a larger number of players to experience this content. This will be especially important in the future, since it has been announced that having this title will be a pre-requisite for obtaining the legendary caster staff in 4.2.
