Since patch 5.1 it has been possible to earn reputation with Dominance Offensive through (mostly daily) questing in Krasarang Wilds.
An achievement for reaching exalted has never been added, until patch 5.2!

This quest chain to become exalted is taking a VERY long time. I would set my extra rep star from doing dungeons & raids or whatever to them if you want a rep boost & I would DEFINITELY use the Grand Commendation of the Dominance Offensive as SOON as u get revered!
Grand Armored Wyvern, u shall be mine within a week!
EDIT: Finally got exalted like a day or 2 after I initially wrote this comment. LOVE the mount! And I usually don't like wind riders but this 1 looks SO BADASS! And it's Horde only so it feels good being FOR THE HORDE! =D
