Is this achievement account-wide?

If you reach Exalted with e.g. Golden Lotus, Shado-Pan and The August Celestials on one character, and obtain the rest of the exalted reputations on another characters on the same account, will you still get this achievement?

Before I started this achievement I tried to do some research. I saw a green post stating that any character on your account could contribute to this achievement. I looked in my ingame achievements and panned over the points you can earn to verify this..... it did not say any char on acct could contribute to this as it should have. I put a ticket in to clarify this before I started on this because I have 1 char almost exalted in several reps and another almost exalted in the others...... THE GM TOLD ME THAT ALL REPS HAVE TO BE DONE ON ONE SINGLE CHARACTER! THE REWARD WOULD BE ACCOUNT WIDE. Hope this helps anyone starting to work on this long journey.

Forest Hozen and The Brewmasters used to be requirements for this achievement in beta. As exalted Forest Hozen requires nothing but completing their section of the Jade Forest storyline, they were removed. The Brewmasters were removed because that faction did not make it into the release.
