Pearlfin Jinyu and The Brewmasters used to be requirements for this achievement in beta. As exalted Pearlfin requires nothing but completing their section of the Jade Forest storyline, they were removed. The Brewmasters were removed because that faction did not make it into the release.

After completing your last reputation, you will receive mail from Lorewalker Cho. It reads as follows:

It has been a long time since we have seen one so devoted to our local Pandaren factions. You have put in many days of hard work to reach this lofty goal.

Dude why can't this achievement just be account-wide progression, in the year 2022?

You feel like such a tool for having grinded even two reps on different characters and having all the progress from one of them essentially removed as far as the achievement goes. The planning and choosing of which character is gonna do that enormous grind is so annoying.

Edit: hoping this will be account-wide progression in 10.0, after what I heard Ion say about reps in interviews today.
