For a fast Exalted, I recommend you to keep all [item=95489] and [item=95490] from Stage 0 until you hit revered then purchase and use [item=95545]. This way you'll be able to double the reputation of all insignias you've collected so far, which is a significant advantage to your rep gain.
Also, don't forget it is BoA, you can mail them between your toons even with Horde ones (when you mail horde insignias to your alliance toon they will turn into the Kirin Tor Offensive eqvivalents.)
