While gearing from M+ gor harder, getting Keystone master and the retrospective mount, got way easier in Dragonflight. I just completed it on 06-01-2022 without any issues, and without completing a single +15 dungeon.
I got exactly 2.005 M+ rating, and here are the dungeons:
Court of stars - 2 chested a +14 tyrannical, 1 chested a +14 fortified
Shadowmoon Burial Grounds - 2 chested a +14 tyrannical, 3 chested a +12 fortified
Algethar Academy - 2 chested a +14 tyrannical, 1 chested a +12 fortified
Nokhud Offensive - 2 chested a +14 tyrannical, 1 chested a +12 fortified
Ruby Life Pools - 1 chested a +14 tyrannical, 1 chested a +13 fortified
Temple of the Jade serpent - 1 chested a +14 tyrannical, 1 chested a +12 fortified
Halls of Valor, failed a +14 tyrannical, failed a +13 fortified
Azure Vault - failed a +13 tyrannical, 1 chested a +12 fortifiedAs you see, I even failed some dungeons, and did them on +12. and it was more than enough to get the KSM and this mount.
