This achievement is part of a series. These achievements, listed below, are rewarded for PvP Pet Battles using pets of any level.

The following is a separate series of achievements that requires you to win Pet Battles with a team of three level 25 pets. These have rewards in addition to just the achievement points.

It's not bugged for one simple reason. It can be exploited if the achievement also works off duels with your friends. If the achievement did work with duels, your friend could just pass, pass, pass each round and let you win. It only works from the pet battles using the queue feature on the pets screen.
