Right now TomTom is kinda broken in Zuldazar.

I submitted a bug report and it seems like it is going to be fixed soon, but for now

Use anywhere in Zuldazar but NOT in Dazar'alor
Dazar'alor has it's own coordinates system and it is a prefered option for tom tom when you are inside the city.
Easy to check. open your map and if you see Dazar'alor map, then coordinates below will show incorrect location. And if you see Zuldazar map, then it's fine

Use in Zuldazar zone, but don't use in Dazar'alor.
Open your map befor the use. If you see the main Zuldazar map, then it's fine to use them:

Dreadpool Shallows was the only one I needed after completing the zone. It is in the south of the continent with a flight path from Paku that needs to be discovered. Once discovered and doing several short quests, a boat connection opens up back to the keep.
