Logging today it says I have lost the title, not showing on any character but I still have the achievement that shows the title as a reward...
EDIT: Seems to be fixed. After leaving a raid I was re-granted the title
EDIT 2: Not fixed, but I keep getting the title at random and losing it later again, on repeat
