Full House (10 player)

I found this achievement rather confusing, and I had trouble finding clear information about how to complete it, so I'll try to break it down now.

My first assumption was that one of the trash packs in front of her was required. Not the case! You can safely curbstomp everything around the boss before you pull.

I found it easier with name-plates turned on (default V) so it was clearer what adds were up and what weren't. Pet classes, put them on passive. Use single-target abilities only when you start wailing on the boss.

At level 100 this is a cakewalk, just a matter of waiting a minute or so. The adds required spawn quickly once you engage Lady Deathwhisper. No need to bother DPSing her yet.

The two types of adds that spawn are Cult Fanatics and Cult Adherents. While you wait, not harming anything, her Ladyship will kill and then raise some of these adds, turning them into Deformed Fanatics, Reanimated Fanatics and Reanimated Adherents.

Your goal is to wait until there are at least one of each of these five add types attacking you at once, and then DPS the boss down. It's extremely easy at 100, took me less than thirty seconds and I'm not geared at all. Her mana shield heals her until you've emptied her mana pool, but that's the only mechanic noticeable at this level.

• For this achievement, as you can see by the description, is to leave 5 DIFFERENT adds alive and they must be alive when Lady Deathwhisper dies. This is the source for all difficulty and RNG in this achievement. It is a difficult achievement that takes practice, patience and a good group.

Boss Information:

• 
  
• This boss has two phases. The first phase is where Lady Deathwhisper is stationary on her platform. She has a mana shield that must be burnt through before you can do damage to her health pool. In order to burn this down in time, you must leave 1-2 DPS on her at all times, otherwise, you will just be wasting too much time killing adds.
• 
  
• Throughout phase one, the adds I was talking about will be spawning in 1 minute intervals, 3 at a time. It will either be 2 Adherents and 1 Fanatic, or 2 Fanatics and 1 Adherent. They alternate sides on which they spawn.
• 
  
• While these mobs are alive, they are susceptible to casting Martyrdom, (Which causes said mob to become reanimated and return to full health and turn into an undead) or they can have a buff cast on them by Lady Deathwhisper. One of which is Empowerment, which is cast on an Adherent and causes him to do large fast amounts of AoE damage. After a while this will run your healers oom. The other is only cast on a Fanatic and it causes them to become Deformed. When an add is deformed, he will only do melee damage, however it will hit tanks for ~30,000. It must be kited or killed. (Kited if you are trying for the achievement.)

• During phase two, no more adds spawn and she will not cast her buffing spells anymore, however, small shadelike apparitions will appear and hit random raid members for a significant amount of damage. (That's how I die in my video) They DO have an aggro table, however, they are NOT tauntable or targetable.

Achievement Strategy:

• 
  
• For this achievement, your raid must leave the adds stated above up throughout the second phase of this encounter. In order to do so, you must plan which adds you will be killing and which adds you will be CCing, and when.
• 
  
• In our case, we have ALL the DPS on the boss until something happens to one of the first set of adds.
• 
  
• Deformed Fanatic - Kited around by our Hunter. CAN NOT let it hit anyone. Will one shot anything but a tank, which will die in 2 hits.
• 
  
• Reanimated Fanatic - Shackled by our priests.
• 
  
• Reanimated Adherent - Left alone. His damage should be easy to heal through.
• 
  
  
• After we have these three adds alive and the boss' mana pool is almost empty. We kill all remaining adds except for the marked three stated above. Once all the adds are dead, we bring her as low as possible and wait for the new set of adds. When the new set of 3 adds spawn, we immediately bring her down to keep from having any become Empowered, Deformed or reanimated.

• Once she is down, tanks taunt off of each other when their threat debuff stacks get high and all DPS goes to her. Finish off the 6th add you do not need for the achievement. Blow Bloodlust and burn her down.

Tips:

• 
  
• Make sure you have a decurser for the Curse of Torpor.
• 
  
• Having a priest or Paladin to CC an undead is good.
• 
  
• And having a Hunter is a very welcomed asset for his kiting abilities on the Deformed mob.

Most likely a reference to a poker hand "Full House" which combines 2 of a kind (Cult Adherent & Reanimated Adherent) and 3 of a kind (Cult Fanatic, Deformed Fanatic & Reanimated Fanatic)
