Get Some Chopsticks

Actually, also for individual players, it is quite easy to obtain this achievement:

1) Buy 7,500 Instant Noodles from Jojo (Alliance) or Barleyflower. The price is 70s a piece, totalling up to 5,250g, or 4,725g with the guild perk Bartering.
2) Put on your Chef's Hat and start cooking those 7,500 Perfectly Cooked Instant Noodles. This is a recipe which you can learn from the Cooking trainer at Cooking skill 30.

Unlike in Cataclysm, where Set the Oven to "Cataclysmic" rewarded the recipe Recipe: Broiled Dragon Feast, this achievement does not unlock any recipes or perks. Therefore, it is for you to decide whether you think it is worth going for this achievement in above described manner. I know I will not, even though I created 5,000 South Island Ice Tea (costs only 400g worth of vendor mats and awards a recipe).

Don't be scared by the 7500 number. This is a Guild achievement, not an individual achievement.
This shouldn't take too long to achieve. Especially raiding guilds will race towards this number in no time.

So I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but right now on live my mage's conjure refreshment spell is counting towards this achievement. o.O
