I gathered herbs all my life and all I got was lousy 10 achievement points.

Maybe it's good to mention that not herbs as objects are counted, but it counts number of herbs gathered from node, which means if you receive three herbs, it gives three points.
And it seemes that herbing elementals (like Talonsworn Forest-Rager) counts too.
Probably just a typo, but tooltip says Gather 100 000 herbs, but criteria says you need to gather only 50 000 herbs. Pretty significant difference.
