Got this achievement on live servers on January 17th by accident, as did likely every guild that killed it.
Throughout the fight the boss throws down Toxic Slices. You're supposed to eat them so that the boss doesn't blow them up later. We ignored them on normal without thinking and got the achieve.
If you're struggling keep in mind that it's 20 throughout the fight, not just at the beginning, so if you need to eat a few here or there to keep raid damage down you should be fine.

Keep the group small. We made sure only healers could get 2 Toxic Slice if needed and DPS only had one.
