Easy Solo for Level 120 Battle for Azeroth and Level 60 Shadowlands and Beyond...

1. Normal Difficulty.

2. Begin fight.

3. See that red bar at the bottom of the screen? That is Torment, it must be at 100% before you kill boss.

4. Reduce boss health as far as you can before maximum torment.

5. Once maximum torment is reached, kill boss.

6. ?

7. Profit. Achievement Completed.

The logic for the achievement is:

Check if "living" raid members @ max stack of torment on boss kill

Meaning: If you die, but all other raidmembers got max stack, they will get the achievement, because all living raidmemebers had max stack, but players who died are not eligible, because they were not at max stack of torment. You can't hold stacks while dead.

Execute the fight as you normally do and slowly stop dps around 5%. Now whenever Belac reaches one hundred energy he will cast [spell=235230], so everyone in the raid should attack him to get max torment really fast.

Once everyone in the group has max torment use Time Warp, Potion of Prolonged Power, cooldowns and kill the boss.
