While the meta-achievement Heroic: Awakening the Dragonflight Raids is account-wide, you must complete the whole heroic Awakened Vault of the Incarnates raid on one character to receive credit for this sub-achievement. Because it is a Feat of Strength, it will be hidden from the achievement pane until completed.

If you finish the raid the first time on Heroic, you will automatically receive the achievement for the normal raid Awakened Storms. That means if you, just in theory, finish the raid at first in mythic, you will get all 3 achievements (normal, heroic and mythic) in one pack.
