These seem VERY hard as a fresh 70. I would highly recommend doing some of them while leveling, preferably at a low level.
I did H Dark Heart of Pandaria as a 246 Shadow Priest and was literally one shot at least 8 times. The scaling at 70 is brutal.

Secrets of RagefireThis gives you one of the 2 unique rings with sockets for your powers. The other ring can be achieved by doing heroic dungeons
(many of which can be done before lvl 40):
